Vintage | Dry and disease-free vintage picked in March.

Vineyard | High altitude vineyards of Orange, NSW.

Bouquet | White floral notes with delicate pear and citrus on the nose.

Palate | Barrel fermentation and wild yeast for an elegant palate with rich notes and fine, focused acidity.

Alcohol | 13.3%

Cellaring | 5+ years, keep away from strong light, at a cool, constant temperature <15°.

Winemaking | Picked at moderate ripeness retaining natural acidity while capturing generous fruit flavour, gentle pressing of free-run juice to French oak puncheons (500L) for 9 months, 30% new oak.

This wine is vegan-friendly.

The Reserve members club was formed in 1987 by Mark Davidson to provide members with access to exclusive small production wines from our premium Hunter Valley vineyards. Today, our Reserve wines remain true to their early debuts, producing only small quantities from our premium Hunter Valley and Orange vineyards.

• Access to the Reserve members only cellaring option (pay in installments, cellaring for up to 5 years)

Membership requirement:
Commitment to purchase a minimum of one Tasting Dozen (12 bottles) per year. Tasting dozen are preselected by the member and are held in reserve as a ‘standing order’ until release each year.
Standing orders may be amended at any time. 
Tasting dozen are released in July, but can also be released at a later date upon request.
