Jake Sparkling Rose

Vineyard | Special Release Jake Sparkling rosé, named after baby Jacob, is made on a base wine of 2017 Pinot Noir and Chardonnay which came from the Borenore vineyard. This base wine was then blended with 30% of NV Pinot Noir Chardonnay that was left on lees for over a decade, adding further structure to the wine.

Bouquet | Fresh strawberries, red apple and citrus.

Palate | Delicate, elegant structure with fine bubbles. Nice long lingering finish.
