Bouquet | White peach and lemon blossom aromas.
Palate | Refreshing citrus flavours typical of cool climate Chardonnay, with hints of tropical fruit. A soft and creamy mouthful lingers.

Cellaring | 5+ years, keep away from strong light, at a cool, constant temperature <15°.
