The Afterpay Day Sale is offered by Landos Pty Ltd trading as Tamburlaine Organic Wines ABN 63 003 000 164 (Tamburlaine).

Promotional period

• Members Early Access begins at 10:00am AEST on Monday, 10 August 2026. Members can access the sale using the link provided in the Members Early Access email.

• The public sale begins at 12:01am AEST on Thursday, 13 August 2026.

• The sale ends for everyone at 11:59pm AEST on Sunday, 16 August 2026, or earlier if stocks are exhausted.

The 45% discount

• 45% off the recommended retail price applies to eligible bottles from the Grass Roots, Signature Series and Jack Squat (No Alcohol) ranges.

• A minimum of 12 eligible bottles must be purchased in a single transaction to qualify. You may purchase straight dozens, or create your own mixed selection across any combination of the three eligible ranges.

• Once the 12-bottle minimum is met, the 45% discount applies to all eligible bottles in that transaction.

• Products from other Tamburlaine ranges may be purchased in the same transaction, but they are not eligible for the 45% discount and do not count towards the 12 eligible bottles required to qualify.

• The discount will be applied automatically in the cart. If the number of eligible bottles in the cart falls below 12, the 45% discount will not apply.

Other conditions

• The offer is available online at tamburlaine.com.au and in both the Hunter Valley (Pokolbin) and Orange (Millthorpe) Cellar Doors and is subject to product availability. No rainchecks apply.

• Member Tier discounts, discount codes and other promotional offers cannot be applied to products already discounted under this offer, unless expressly stated. Eligible full-priced products purchased in the same transaction may still receive the applicable Member Tier discount.

• Gift cards may be used as a payment method. Gift cards and other non-bottle products do not count towards the 12-bottle minimum.

• Qualifying orders meet Tamburlaine’s standard 12-bottle free-shipping threshold for eligible mainland Australian and Tasmanian delivery addresses. Tamburlaine’s usual delivery terms and exclusions apply.

• Eligible purchases will contribute to Organic Rewards spend accumulation in accordance with the usual program terms.

• Afterpay may be selected at checkout, subject to Afterpay’s approval and terms. Use of Afterpay is not required to receive the sale discount.

• Tamburlaine may verify orders, correct genuine pricing or technical errors, and cancel orders affected by fraud, misuse, unauthorised transactions or an obvious error. Nothing in these terms excludes rights that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.

1. Promoter

The promoter is Landos Pty Ltd trading as Tamburlaine Organic Wines ABN 63 003 000 164, 358 McDonalds Road, Pokolbin NSW 2320 (Promoter).

2. Eligibility

Entry is open to Australian residents aged 18 years or over. Employees of the Promoter, persons directly involved in conducting the draws, and their immediate families are not eligible to enter.

3. Promotion Period

The promotion opens at 10:00am AEST on Monday, 10 August 2026 and closes at 11:59pm AEST on Sunday, 16 August 2026 (Promotion Period). Members Early Access and public access commence at the times stated in the Sale Terms & Conditions above.

4. How to enter

To enter, an eligible person must place and pay for a Qualifying Order at tamburlaine.com.au or at a Tamburlaine Cellar Door during the Promotion Period and provide a valid email address for the order. A Qualifying Order is a single transaction containing at least 12 eligible bottles from the Grass Roots, Signature Series and/or Jack Squat (No Alcohol) ranges.

• Each Qualifying Order is one entry into the overall order-refund draw.

• Each Qualifying Order is also one entry into the $100 gift card draw for the calendar date on which the order was completed.

• Multiple Qualifying Orders are permitted and each is treated as a separate entry. No additional entry fee applies beyond the normal purchase price of the products.

• An order that is cancelled, fully refunded, subject to a chargeback, fraudulent, or otherwise invalid before the draw will not be eligible. If an order is partially returned before the draw, it must continue to satisfy the Qualifying Order requirements to remain eligible.

5. Prizes

• Overall prize: one winner will receive a refund equal to the amount actually paid for their winning Qualifying Order, including GST and any shipping charge, up to a maximum value of $2,000. Any amount above $2,000 will not be refunded as part of the prize.

• Daily prizes: one winner will be selected from the eligible Qualifying Orders placed on each calendar date from 10 August to 16 August 2026 inclusive. Each daily winner will receive one $100 Tamburlaine gift card. There are seven daily gift card prizes in total.

• The maximum total prize pool is $2,700.

• A winning order remains eligible for both the overall prize and the applicable daily prize. A person who places more than one Qualifying Order may win more than one prize.

• Gift cards are not redeemable for cash and are subject to Tamburlaine’s standard gift card terms. Prizes are not transferable or exchangeable except as required by law.

• Where the winning order was paid using a gift card, the gift-card-funded portion of the refund prize will be reissued as a Tamburlaine gift card. Any remaining eligible refund will be returned through the original payment method. Afterpay refunds will be processed through Afterpay in accordance with its usual refund process.

6. Draw

Each $100 Tamburlaine gift card prize will be drawn at 10:00am AEST on the calendar day immediately following the sale day to which it relates, at 358 McDonalds Road, Pokolbin NSW 2320. The seven daily draws will therefore take place from 11 to 17 August 2026 for eligible Qualifying Orders placed from 10 to 16 August 2026 respectively. Each winner will be selected using a computer-generated random draw from the relevant day’s eligible Qualifying Orders. The eligible period on 10 August begins at 10:00am AEST; on each remaining sale day it runs from 12:00am to 11:59pm AEST.

The overall order-refund prize will be drawn at 10:00am AEST on Monday, 17 August 2026 at the same location, using a computer-generated random draw from all eligible Qualifying Orders placed during the full Promotion Period. Entrants do not need to be present to win.

7. Winner notification and publication

Winners will be contacted by email and/or telephone using the details attached to the relevant order within two business days of the draw. The initial of each winner’s first name, surname and postcode will be published on Tamburlaine’s social media pages @TamburlaineOrganicWines within 30 days of the draw.

8. Unclaimed prizes

A winner must respond and provide any reasonably requested verification by 11:59pm AEST on Thursday, 3 September 2026. If a prize remains unclaimed, or a selected winner is found to be ineligible, a replacement winner will be drawn at 11:00am AEST on Friday, 4 September 2026 at the same location and notified within two business days. Replacement results will be published in the same manner.

9. Verification and fairness

The Promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of entries and entrants, including age, identity, residency, order status and compliance with these terms. If an entry is invalid or an entrant has tampered with the entry process or acted fraudulently, the Promoter may disqualify the entry and conduct a redraw. Every valid entry in each relevant draw has an equal chance of winning.

10. Changes outside the Promoter’s control

If the promotion cannot proceed as planned because of an event beyond the Promoter’s reasonable control, including a technical failure, tampering, fraud, platform outage or legal restriction, the Promoter may modify, suspend or cancel the promotion to the extent permitted by law. Any material change will be communicated on tamburlaine.com.au and will not unfairly disadvantage existing entrants.

11. Privacy

Personal information will be collected and used to administer the promotion, verify entries, contact winners, award prizes and publish winner details as required. Information will otherwise be handled in accordance with Tamburlaine’s privacy policy, available at tamburlaine.com.au. Entrants may request access to or correction of their personal information by contacting Tamburlaine.

12. General

The Promoter’s decision is final, subject to applicable law. The promotion is governed by the laws of New South Wales and any mandatory laws applying in the entrant’s state or territory of residence. These prize draw terms operate alongside Tamburlaine’s website terms, delivery terms and the Sale Terms & Conditions above.

1. The Drop

The Drop is an ongoing monthly wine subscription offered by Landos Pty Ltd trading as Tamburlaine Organic Wines ABN 63 003 000 164 (Tamburlaine).

Each monthly Drop contains three surprise wines selected by Tamburlaine according to the subscriber’s nominated preference:
• Red;
• White; or
• Mixed.

Subscribers may change their wine preference through My Account before the start of the month to which the change is to apply.

2. Subscription price

The Drop costs $99 per monthly delivery, including GST and shipping.

The subscription renews automatically each month until it is paused or cancelled. By subscribing, the subscriber authorizes Tamburlaine or its payment provider to charge the subscription fee to the nominated payment method each month.

Tamburlaine may change the subscription price by providing subscribers with at least 30 days’ notice. A subscriber may cancel before the new price takes effect.

3. Pack contents and value

Each monthly Drop will:

• contain three bottles of wine;

• correspond with the subscriber’s selected Red, White or Mixed preference;

• include at least one museum wine, back vintage, very special wine or limited-edition wine; and

• have a combined recommended retail price of at least $150.

The minimum $150 value is calculated using the wines’ recommended retail prices at the time the pack is assembled, before Member Tier discounts, promotional discounts or other offers are applied. Delivery charges are not included when calculating the pack value.

At a subscription price of $99, each Drop represents a saving of at least 34% against its combined recommended retail price.

The exact wines, varieties, vintages, regions and individual bottle values will vary from month to month, and may vary from Member to Member. As The Drop is a surprise selection, subscribers cannot select individual wines or request particular vintages or products.

A Mixed Drop may contain any combination of wines selected by Tamburlaine and is not guaranteed to contain a particular number of red or white wines. The Mixed Drop may also include Sparkling and/or Rosé wines.

All wines are subject to availability. If a planned wine becomes unavailable, Tamburlaine may replace it with another suitable wine while ensuring the pack continues to meet the subscriber’s selected preference and minimum value.

4. Gold Membership Status

Subscribers receive automatic Gold Membership Status for the duration of their active subscription.

Gold Membership Status includes:

• 20% off the recommended retail price of eligible full-priced wines and spirits;

• access to Member Exclusive products; and

• access to selected museum, back-vintage, limited-release and other special products, including opportunities to purchase additional bottles of selected wines featured in The Drop, where available.

Gold Member discounts do not apply to:

• The Drop subscription fee;

• products already discounted or included in another promotion;

• products expressly excluded from Member Tier discounts;

• gift cards;

• delivery charges; or

• any other item identified as ineligible.

Member Tier discounts, discount codes and other promotional offers cannot be combined unless expressly stated otherwise.

Member Exclusive and museum wines may be produced or released in very limited quantities. Access does not guarantee that a particular wine will remain available or that every subscriber will be able to purchase additional bottles. Purchase limits may apply.

Subscribers who already hold Trophy Member status will retain their Trophy status and associated benefits while subscribed to The Drop.

If a subscription is cancelled, the subscriber’s membership will return to the Member Tier for which they otherwise qualify under the Organic Rewards program.

5. Payments

The nominated payment method will be charged automatically for each monthly Drop.

Subscribers are responsible for maintaining valid and current payment details. Payment details can be updated through My Account.

If a payment is declined or cannot be processed, Tamburlaine may:

• attempt to process the payment again;

• contact the subscriber to request updated payment details;

• delay or withhold the applicable Drop until payment is received; or

• cancel the subscription after repeated unsuccessful payment attempts.

A Drop will not be dispatched until the applicable subscription payment and any delivery charge have been successfully processed.

6. Changing the subscription

Subscribers can change their Red, White or Mixed preference online through My Account.

Changes must be completed before 12:00am Sydney time on the first day of the month to which the change is intended to apply. In practical terms, the change must be submitted by 11:59pm on the final calendar day of the previous month.

Once a monthly Drop has entered processing, changes may not apply until the following month.

Subscribers are responsible for ensuring their delivery address, contact details, wine preference and payment details are correct before the monthly processing period begins.

7. Pausing the subscription

Subscribers may pause The Drop for up to two consecutive monthly deliveries at a time.

A pause must be processed online through My Account before the start of the first month to be paused. Once a monthly Drop has entered processing, the pause may not take effect until the following month.

No subscription fee will be charged for a successfully paused monthly delivery.

An approved pause does not cancel the subscription. Unless the subscriber extends or changes the pause within the permitted two-month period, monthly payments and deliveries will resume automatically at the end of the pause.

Gold Membership Status will remain active during an approved pause of up to two consecutive months.

8. Cancelling the subscription

The Drop can be cancelled at any time without a cancellation fee.

Cancellation must be completed online through My Account before the start of the month to which the cancellation is intended to apply.

A cancellation submitted after a monthly Drop has entered processing will take effect from the following month. The processed Drop will still be charged and delivered unless Tamburlaine confirms otherwise.

Cancellation does not entitle the subscriber to a refund for a Drop that has already been paid for, assembled, dispatched or delivered. This does not affect any rights that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.

9. Delivery

The Drop is available for delivery to eligible Australian addresses serviced by Tamburlaine. Tamburlaine’s usual delivery terms, charges and exclusions apply, excepting delivery fees which are not charged for The Drop deliveries.

Estimated dispatch or delivery dates are indicative only. Delays may occur due to weather, carrier delays, public holidays, regional delivery schedules or other circumstances outside Tamburlaine’s reasonable control.

Subscribers must provide a safe and lawful delivery address and any required delivery instructions. Changes to the delivery address must be completed before the applicable monthly Drop enters processing.

Alcohol cannot be delivered to a person under 18 years of age or to an intoxicated person. Proof of age may be requested. The person accepting the delivery must comply with applicable identification and delivery requirements.

10. Returns, breakages and incorrect deliveries

Because The Drop is a surprise selection, wines cannot be exchanged or returned solely because a subscriber would have preferred a different wine, variety, vintage or selection.

Subscribers should contact Tamburlaine promptly if a Drop:

• is damaged in transit;

• contains an incorrect product;

• is incomplete;

• does not correspond with the selected Red, White or Mixed preference; or

• otherwise fails to meet a consumer guarantee.

Tamburlaine may request photographs or other reasonable information to investigate a delivery issue.

Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies any right or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.

11. Availability and subscription limits

The Drop and its individual wines are subject to availability.

Tamburlaine may temporarily close The Drop to new subscribers, establish a waiting list, limit the number of subscriptions available or impose reasonable purchase limits on Member Exclusive products.

Tamburlaine may discontinue The Drop by providing existing subscribers with reasonable notice. Any subscription fee collected for a Drop that Tamburlaine cannot supply will be refunded.

12. Personal information

Tamburlaine will collect and use personal information to establish and administer subscriptions, process payments, arrange deliveries, provide Member benefits and communicate with subscribers.

Personal information will otherwise be handled in accordance with Tamburlaine’s Privacy Policy.

13. General

Subscribers must be Australian residents aged 18 years or over.

The Drop is intended for personal consumption and is not available for commercial resale without Tamburlaine’s prior written consent.

Tamburlaine may verify subscriptions, correct genuine pricing or technical errors and cancel subscriptions affected by fraud, misuse, unauthorized transactions or an obvious error.

These terms operate alongside Tamburlaine’s website terms, delivery terms, Privacy Policy, Organic Rewards terms and any other applicable terms displayed at tamburlaine.com.au.

If there is an inconsistency, these terms apply specifically to The Drop to the extent of that inconsistency.

These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales and any mandatory laws applying in the subscriber’s state or territory.

Promoter

This promotion is run by Tamburlaine Organic Wines Pty Ltd (“the Promoter”).

Promotion Period

The promotion is ongoing unless withdrawn by the Promoter. One draw will occur each calendar month.

Eligibility

Entry is open to Australian residents aged 18 years or over who have purchased a product from a Tamburlaine Cellar Door or the Tamburlaine Online Store at tamburlaine.com.au. Employees of the Promoter and their immediate families are not eligible to enter.

How to Enter

To enter, customers must:

1. Purchase a product from a Tamburlaine Cellar Door or from tamburlaine.com.au, and
2. Submit a product review on tamburlaine.com.au for that product.

Each approved review submitted during the relevant calendar month will count as one entry into that month’s draw.

Reviews must be genuine and relate to a product purchased by the entrant. The Promoter reserves the right to moderate or remove reviews that do not comply with its website guidelines.

Prize

One (1) winner will be drawn each month and will receive a $100 Tamburlaine gift card.

Gift cards are not redeemable for cash and must be used in accordance with the Promoter’s gift card terms.

Draw

The draw will take place within the first 7 days of the following month. The winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries received during the previous calendar month.

Winner Notification

The winner will be notified using the contact details associated with their review or purchase within 5 business days of the draw.

If the winner cannot be contacted within 14 days, the Promoter reserves the right to select an alternative winner.

General Conditions

• The Promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of entries and disqualify any entrant who submits misleading or fraudulent reviews.
• The Promoter may modify, suspend, or terminate the promotion at any time.
• By submitting a review, entrants grant the Promoter permission to publish and use the review content on its website and marketing channels.

Privacy

Personal information collected as part of this promotion will be handled in accordance with the Promoter’s privacy policy.

Offer valid until midnight on Friday, 31 July 2026 or while stocks last. 

Wine discounts are calculated according to the total number of eligible wine bottles purchased in a single transaction: 

• 30% off when you purchase 12–23 bottles (1 dozen); 

• 35% off when you purchase 24–35 bottles (2 dozen); and 

• 40% off when you purchase 36 or more bottles (3 dozen or more). 

Similarly, discounts will apply when the total number of eligible dozens are purchased in a single transaction: 

• 30% off when you purchase 1 straight dozen; 

• 35% off when you purchase 2 straight dozens; and 

• 40% off when you purchase 3 or more straight dozens. 

Discounts will appear in cart based on the number of eligible items added to cart.  

Eligible wines may be mixed and matched from the Christmas in July promotional range unless a product is specifically marked otherwise. The applicable discount applies to all eligible wine bottles in the transaction, not only the bottles above the qualifying threshold. 

45% off applies to eligible wines purchased as a subscription. There is no minimum subscription quantity, and customers may select any available delivery frequency. Subscriptions may be changed, paused or cancelled at any time. 

The 45% subscription discount replaces the volume discount and cannot be combined with the 30%, 35% or 40% wine offer. 

30% off applies to eligible gift packs. Gift packs do not count toward the wine bottle quantities used to determine the volume discount. 

10% off applies to gift cards. Gift cards do not count toward the wine bottle quantities used to determine the volume discount. Gift cards can be used to purchase anything on tamburlaine.com.au or in either of the Tamburlaine Cellar Doors except gift cards.  

Free shipping applies to orders containing 12 or more bottles of wine, or 3 or more bottles of gin, delivered to mainland Australia. Standard shipping charges (flat rate $18 per order) apply where the free-shipping threshold is not met. 

Member Tier discounts and additional promotional offers do not apply to items discounted under the Christmas in July promotion. Eligible purchases will continue to contribute to spend accumulation for the purposes of elevating to the next Member Tier. Member Tier discounts will continue to apply to eligible full-priced items purchased in the same transaction. 

Gift cards may be used as payment, except when purchasing gift cards. Discount codes and other promotional offers cannot be combined with the Christmas in July discounts unless expressly stated otherwise. 

Sale pricing is as marked or applied automatically at checkout. No rainchecks. Tamburlaine reserves the right to amend or withdraw the offer at any time.
