Competition Terms & Conditions

Promoter

This promotion is run by Tamburlaine Organic Wines Pty Ltd (“the Promoter”).

Promotion Period

The promotion is ongoing unless withdrawn by the Promoter. One draw will occur each calendar month.

Eligibility

Entry is open to Australian residents aged 18 years or over who have purchased a product from a Tamburlaine Cellar Door or the Tamburlaine Online Store at tamburlaine.com.au. Employees of the Promoter and their immediate families are not eligible to enter.

How to Enter

To enter, customers must:

1. Purchase a product from a Tamburlaine Cellar Door or from tamburlaine.com.au, and
2. Submit a product review on tamburlaine.com.au for that product.

Each approved review submitted during the relevant calendar month will count as one entry into that month’s draw.

Reviews must be genuine and relate to a product purchased by the entrant. The Promoter reserves the right to moderate or remove reviews that do not comply with its website guidelines.

Prize

One (1) winner will be drawn each month and will receive a $100 Tamburlaine gift card.

Gift cards are not redeemable for cash and must be used in accordance with the Promoter’s gift card terms.

Draw

The draw will take place within the first 7 days of the following month. The winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries received during the previous calendar month.

Winner Notification

The winner will be notified using the contact details associated with their review or purchase within 5 business days of the draw.

If the winner cannot be contacted within 14 days, the Promoter reserves the right to select an alternative winner.

General Conditions

• The Promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of entries and disqualify any entrant who submits misleading or fraudulent reviews.
• The Promoter may modify, suspend, or terminate the promotion at any time.
• By submitting a review, entrants grant the Promoter permission to publish and use the review content on its website and marketing channels.

Personal information collected as part of this promotion will be handled in accordance with the Promoter’s privacy policy.
