Shipping policy

Our mission is to get your wine to you as quickly as possible! Delivery times vary depending on your location, but our couriers usually deliver between 2 and 10 business days after your payment is received.  
 
Unless otherwise agreed by us, we will deliver your products to the address indicated on your order confirmation. If no-one is available to take delivery of your products, and you have not provided authority to leave, our carrier will leave a card with details of how to arrange collection or redelivery. 

Title and risk of loss to all products will pass to you on delivery.  

We will use every reasonable effort to deliver your products to you within the estimated delivery time, however we unfortunately cannot guarantee that we will deliver within this time frame. If your product has not arrived within 15 business days, please call our customer service team on 1800 659 956.
