Hunter Valley Cellar Door
Our Cellar Door is located onsite at Tamburlaine Vineyard and Winery at the heart of wine country, 358 McDonalds road in Pokolbin. We are a short drive from Cessnock (15 minutes), an easy day trip from Newcastle (50 minutes) or a relaxing weekend away from Sydney (2 hours).
Our friendly staff welcomes you to our rustic cellar door 7 days a week - 9 am to 5 pm (except Christmas Day) for casual tastings at the bar or structured tastes in one of our private rooms (by appointment only).

Complimentary for Reserve members (includes nibbles). For groups of 6 or more, we recommend ordering additional nibbles ($10 per person, $15 for vegan option).

Join us on a guided tour through our vineyards and winery followed by a structured wine tasting, including a complimentary cheese platter – by appointment.
Bookings essential: 9.30 am Monday to Friday - 1 pm on Sundays
Price $35 per person ($40 vegan option available).
Complimentary for Reserve members (tour and tasting for two).
Generally allow approximately 90 minutes minimum for this experience.
