Winemakers Notes | Piquette: From the French meaning "prickle" (a little bit of fizz). Made from organic Gewürztraminer and Sauvignon Blanc skins - re-hydrated and fermented. Off dry, aromatic, lighter in alcohol.
Colour | Precious Dewdrop - light green to copper hues.
Cellaring | Minimal Intervention, minimal sulphur – keep cool and drink young.
