Bouquet | Ripe white peach, nectarine and lemon curd, woven with orange blossom, toasted hazelnut and a hint of vanilla bean custard
Palate | Silky entry of peach and creamy lemon, gently wrapped in subtle vanillin oak and roasted cashew; cool-climate acidity flows underneath like a fresh river, keeping everything balanced and ending with a clean finish
