Winemaking | A perfect varietal match for our high-altitude (850m+) Borenore vineyard in Orange. The cool climate preserves tension, freshness, and vibrant energy in this richly aromatic red. By allowing tannins to fully ripen on the vine, followed by gentle extraction during fermentation, we craft wines with silky-fine texture and beautifully lifted aromatics.

Bouquet | Expressive aromas of fresh blueberry, blackberry, and violet flowers, interwoven with cracked black pepper, subtle dark chocolate, and a whisper of vanilla-toast oak
