Winemaking:
Warm and dry season. Open, airy canopies, concentrated, power-packed berries, full of flavour. Our Bellview vineyards brought the power with finesse. Classic Cabernet in style. Ripe tannins, long maturation on skins, then elevage for 12 months in tight-grain French oak barriques. Good fruit, deft hand and patience.

Tasting Notes:
Colour | Vividly intense red-purple
Bouquet | Dark cassis fruits, dried herbs and violets. Notes of graphite and toast from maturation in French oak.
Palate | Detailed and complex with dark briary, blueberry fruits and well-judged oak usage. Tannins are supple, long and seamless, showcasing a great year off the warmer Bellview site.
