Tasting Notes:
Colour | Vibrant pale salmon-pink.
Bouquet | Crushed strawberry, raspberry blossom, pink grapefruit zest and a whisper of rose petal.
Palate | Bright strawberry and crunchy Pink Lady apple dominate, having a mouth-watering citrusy acidity. A refreshing, moreish finish that begs another sip.

Meat | Char-grilled harissa-spiced lamb cutlets with a pomegranate molasses glaze and charred broccolini.
Seafood | Seared scallops with blood-orange butter and micro-coriander.
Vegetarian | Heirloom tomato and strawberry panzanella with torn basil and sourdough croutons.
Vegan | Watermelon, cherry tomato and pickled shallot salad with Thai basil, mint and a chilli-lime dressing.
