Tasting Notes:
Colour | Golden straw.
Bouquet | Lifted white peach, lemon blossom, nectarine skin and a touch of jasmine, with a subtle overlay of toasty vanilla from careful oak handling.
Palate | Cool-climate elegance personified – vibrant lemon and lime citrus drives the palate, underpinned by ripe white peach and a hint of pineapple. The mid-palate is soft, creamy and gently rounded, yet the finish remains fresh, clean and citrus-zesty.

Meat | Roast free-range chicken with preserved lemon, thyme and garlic butter paired with charred asparagus with a squeeze of lemon.
