Hillside vineyard in all its glory, positive growing year with late seasonal rainfall affecting harvest dates. Picked at optimal ripeness after sugar ripeness raced away quickly during the Christmas period.
Tasting Notes:
Colour | Clear, bright, light lemon core with clear green-tinged rim.
Bouquet | Ripe tropical lift of banana, apricot and guava over a fresh fruit-salad character, underlined by yellow flower florals.
Palate | Crushed nectarine, white peach and citrus fruits with generous flavour and refreshing acidity to finish.
