Bouquet | Freshly cut pear, green apple skin, pink grapefruit zest and a whisper of white blossoms; cool river-stone minerality in the background
Palate | Bright, crunchy ripe pear and green apple driven by juicy pink-grapefruit acidity, subtle floral hints, dry and mouth-wateringly crisp
