Winemaking |2024 was a classic growing season in Orange – warm & dry with balanced vine canopies.
Tasting Notes:
Colour | Brilliant pale straw with a faint silvery-pink edge
Bouquet | Lifted Turkish delight, rose petal perfume, musk stick, lychee and kaffir lime leaf – pure springtime in a glass
Palate | Crunchy, refreshing and joyfully aromatic: orange blossom, pot-pourri and fresh lychee dance on a spine of mouth-watering, zesty acidity; finishes clean, dry and dangerously drinkable
Pairs well with:
Meat | Peking duck pancakes with hoisin, cucumber and spring onion
Seafood | Coconut-chilli prawns
Vegetarian | Fresh rice-paper rolls with mango, avocado, mint and peanut sauce
Vegan | Green mango & papaya salad with chilli, lime, toasted rice and Thai herbs
Cheese | Triple-cream Brie with blood orange jam and wholemeal rice crackers
Alcohol | 12%
