How do the wine volume discounts work?

Purchase 12–23 eligible bottles and receive 30% off;purchase24–35 eligible bottles and receive 35% off; orpurchase36 or more eligible bottles and receive 40% off. The discount applies to all eligible wine bottles in your order.
Can I mix and match wines?

Yes. Unless a product is specifically marked otherwise, you can build your qualifying quantity from eligible wines across the range. Your discount is based on the total number of eligible wine bottles in your cart.
What happens if I buy more than 3 dozen?

Any ordercontaining36 or more eligible wine bottles receives 40% off those wines. There is noadditionalvolume tier above 40%, but eligible subscription wines receive 45% off.
How does the 45% subscription offer work?

Choose the subscription option on an eligible wine product to receive 45% off. You may subscribe to any quantity and choose any delivery frequency available at checkout. The subscription discount applies instead of the one-, two- or three-dozen volume discount.
Can I change, pause or cancel my subscription?

Yes. You can change your wineselection, quantity or delivery frequency, pause upcoming deliveries, or cancel your subscription at any time.
Does the discount apply automatically?

Yes. The applicable 30%, 35% or 40% wine discount will be calculated from the eligible bottle quantity in your cart. The 45% subscription price, 30% gift-pack price and 10% gift-card price will be displayed or applied automatically.
How does the gift-pack offer work?

Eligible gift packs are 30% off during the promotion. Gift packs are discounted separately and do not count as wine bottles for the one-, two- or three-dozen volume thresholds.
How does the gift-card offer work?

Gift cards are 10% off during the promotion. The gift card will be issued at its stated face value, while the purchase price is reduced by 10%. Gift cards do not count toward the wine bottle volume thresholds.
Do sale orders qualify for free shipping?

We’ll happily deliver free to your door anywhere in mainland Australia when your order contains 12 bottles or more of wine, or 3 bottles or more of gin. Sale and full-priced items may be combined to meet the applicable shipping threshold. Orders below the threshold incur an $18 flat-rate shipping fee.
Are sale purchases eligible for loyalty spend accrual?

Eligible purchases made at tamburlaine.com.au or at either of our Cellar Doors in Pokolbin or Millthorpe contribute to your spend accumulation. 

When you spend $150 or more within a 12-month period, you will be elevated from Bronze to Silver. 

When you spend $600 or more within a 12-month period, you will be elevated to Gold. 

Trophy Member status is earned by joining the Reserve Members Club.

With a vineyard expansion to approximately 450 hectares and an annual production of around 200,000 cases, Tamburlaine has become a significant player in the wine industry.
