Yes, simply add 12 or more eligible bottles from the Wine Lovers or Bull in a China Shop wines ranges (any combination you like) to your cart and the discount will be applied. All 12 bottles must be purchased in a single transaction.

The same flat 45% discount applies to all eligible sale-collection bottles in your order once the minimum is reached. There are no additional volume-based discount tiers.

No. Only eligible bottles from the Black Friday sale collection count towards the 12-bottle minimum for the 45% wine discount. Other wines, gift packs and gift cards do not count, although you may still add them to your order.

Yes. Once your order contains at least 12 eligible sale-collection bottles, the 45% wine discount is displayed or applied automatically at checkout. Eligible subscription, gift-pack and gift-card prices are also displayed or applied automatically.

Yes. Stock available for the Sale is limited and some products may sell out. We may also limit quantities of selected products so that more customers have an opportunity to purchase. No rainchecks apply.

No. Adding an item to your cart does not reserve stock. Your products are only secured once your order has been successfully completed.

Choose the subscription option on an eligible wine product to receive 45% off. There is no minimum subscription quantity, and you may choose any delivery frequency available at checkout. The 45% discount off the current RRP applies to every delivery for the life of your active subscription. The dollar price per bottle is not fixed and will change if RRP changes. This is a separate offer and cannot be combined with the sale-collection wine discount or any other promotional discount.

Yes. You can change your wine selection, quantity or delivery frequency, pause upcoming deliveries, or cancel your subscription at any time.

Eligible gift packs are 30% off during the Sale. They are discounted separately and do not count towards the 12-bottle minimum for the sale-collection wine offer.

Eligible gift cards are 10% off during the Sale. For example, a $100 gift card costs $90 and is issued with a $100 face value. Gift cards do not count towards the 12-bottle minimum. They may be redeemed online or at our Pokolbin and Millthorpe Cellar Doors, excluding purchases of other gift cards.

Yes. Existing Tamburlaine gift cards can be used as payment during the Sale. Gift cards cannot be used to purchase another gift card.

Yes. Free standard shipping applies to eligible mainland Australian deliveries when your order contains 12 or more bottles of wine or 3 or more bottles of gin. Sale and full-priced items may be combined to reach the applicable shipping threshold. Orders below the threshold incur an $18 flat-rate shipping charge.

Shipping eligibility is separate from the sale-collection minimum. Wines outside the sale collection can count towards the wine shipping threshold but cannot count towards the 12 eligible bottles required for the 45% wine discount.

It may. The Black Friday Sale is expected to generate a high volume of orders, so dispatch and delivery may take longer than usual.

Yes. Eligible purchases made online or at the Pokolbin or Millthorpe Cellar Doors count towards Member Tier progression. Spend $150 or more within a 12-month period to progress from Bronze to Silver, or $600 or more within a 12-month period to progress to Gold. Trophy Member status is earned by joining the Reserve Members Club. Log in and visit My Account to view your current tier and spend progress.

No. Member Tier Discounts, discount codes and other promotional offers do not apply to items already discounted under the Black Friday Sale unless expressly stated otherwise. Your usual Member Tier Discount continues to apply to eligible full-priced products purchased in the same transaction.

No. Sale pricing applies only to purchases completed during the Sale Period. We cannot retrospectively apply a Sale discount to an order completed before the Sale begins.

Items added to your cart during the Sale do not lock in the Sale price. Your order must be completed by 11:59pm AEDT on Monday, 30 November 2026 to receive Sale pricing.

A minimum of 12 eligible sale-collection bottles is required to receive the 45% sale-collection wine discount. There is no minimum quantity for the subscription offer. Eligible gift packs and gift cards are discounted individually. Normal shipping thresholds still apply.

We may place reasonable purchase limits on selected wines or products where stock is particularly limited. We also reserve the right to cancel orders that appear to be for unauthorised resale, are placed to circumvent purchase limits, or are affected by an obvious pricing, website or technical error.

Most of our wines are vegan-friendly — a commitment we've upheld since 2017. Instead of animal-derived fining agents like gelatin or egg whites, we use plant-based alternatives that maintain the same high standards of quality and flavour.

Absolutely! We’re open seven days a week from 9 am to 5pm every day of the year except Christmas Day! Walk-ins are welcome. For groups, we recommend booking by calling us on 02 4998 4222 or use our booking form. If you book ahead, we can arrange cheese to go with your wine tasting!
