Tasting Notes:
Colour | Pale gold with a green-golden hue.
Bouquet | Lifted white peach, lemon blossom, nectarine skin and a touch of jasmine, with a subtle overlay of toasted hazelnut from careful oak handling.
Palate | Cool-climate elegance personified – vibrant lemon and lime citrus drives the palate, underpinned by ripe white peach and a hint of pineapple. The mid-palate is soft, creamy and gently rounded, yet the finish remains fresh, clean and citrus-zesty.

Meat | Roast free-range chicken with preserved lemon, thyme and garlic butter paired with charred asparagus with a squeeze of lemon.
Seafood | Pan-seared Tasmanian salmon with a brown-butter, caper and lemon sauce alongside Kipfler potatoes tossed with dill, lemon zest.
Vegetarian | Creamy wild mushroom and truffle risotto finished with lemon zest and parsley.

With a vineyard expansion to approximately 450 hectares and an annual production of around 200,000 cases, Tamburlaine has become a significant player in the wine industry. The high altitude, cool climate conditions, and volcanic soils in Orange have solidified its position as one of Australia's top premium wine regions. The integration of biodynamic methods into their organic management has been shown to enhance soil health, which is now recognized as a key determinant of superior wine quality.
