Vineyard: A combination of Cabernet Sauvignon from our Boomey vineyard and Sangiovese from Bellview, highlighting the strengths of these sites.
Winemaker's Note: The Sangiovese brings a lovely savoury freshness to the bold and generous Cabernet.
Colour: Deep red/purple.
Nose: Ripe blackcurrants and dark berries. A fragrant dill lift with toasty oak.
Palate: Generous and supple, fine silky tannins.
Alcohol: 13.5%
