Early morning harvest from the highest altitude vineyard Block 11. Tank and barrel fermented in temperature controlled conditions. Held on lees and stirred in barrel before blend was selected, racked, stabilised, filtered & packaged in January. Alcohol 12%

Colour | Straw with green hues
Bouquet | Aromatic, tropical with pink grapefruit, dried herb and blackcurrant leaf supported by toasty new oak elements.
Palate | Creamy entry with bright tropical fruits, elegant and pure. Rich driven wine with a fine acid line and complex oak texture

Tamburlaine Organic Wine's journey to 'Contemporary Organics' began in the late '90s and continues today.
