Tasting Notes:
Colour | Pale lemon-gold with a faint greenish rim, crystal clear and brilliantly bright.
Bouquet | Super bright and fresh, it leaps from the glass with explosive pink grapefruit, lemongrass, passionfruit pulp and a touch of fresh-cut lime leaf.
Palate | Juicy pink grapefruit, ripe passionfruit and crisp snow-pea notes, kept lively by a zippy, mouth-watering acid line that finishes clean and refreshing.

Meat | Prosciutto-wrapped rockmelon with a drizzle of lime juice.
Seafood | Freshly shucked Sydney rock oysters with finger-lime mignonette.
Vegetarian | Warm asparagus, goat’s cheese and lemon zest tart with snow-pea shoot salad.
Vegan | Green papaya salad (som tum Thai) with cherry tomatoes, snake beans, lime, chilli and toasted peanuts.
