Bouquet | Herbal citrus and fruit florals dominate on the nose.
Palate | Prickly on the palate (like a mild kombucha) with a lively fruitiness. Honey and rose petal notes.
Winemakers Notes | Piquette: From the French meaning "prickle" (a little bit of fizz). Made from organic Gewürztraminer and Sauvignon Blanc skins - re-hydrated and fermented. Off dry, aromatic, lighter in alcohol.
Colour | Precious Dewdrop - light green to copper hues.
