Winemaking:
Warm and dry season, open airy canopies, concentrated power-packed berries harvested in the cool morning air. Selected Bellview and Borenore blocks gently shaped and nurtured from pruning to harvest to maximise quality in the glass. Rhone-inspired Syrah style. Subtle use of whole cluster to add perfume and structure.

Tasting Notes:
Colour | Intense youthful purple
Bouquet | Complex and alluring with elevated blue and black fruits, violets, toasty oak and black pepper spice.
Palate | A highly detailed Syrah with complex red and blueberry fruit, silky entry with a whole bunch tannin knitting it all together. Medium to full-bodied powerful, fine boned and driven.

Pairs well with:
Meat | Smoked brisket with coffee-ancho rub and charred broccolini.
Seafood | Blackened swordfish with mango-habanero salsa and lime rice.
Vegetarian | Truffle-infused mushroom Wellington with red wine reduction.
Vegan | Harissa-roasted cauliflower with tahini drizzle and herbed couscous.
Cheese | Smoked cheddar with bacon-onion jam and rye crisps.

Tamburlaine Organic Wine's journey to 'Contemporary Organics' began in the late '90s and continues today. The integration of biodynamic methods into their organic management has been shown to enhance soil health, which is now recognized as a key determinant of superior wine quality.
